SMEPro Technologies ("Company", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the SMEPro Orchestrator Individual service ("Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and an encrypted password hash.

Purchase Information: When you purchase through WarriorPlus, we receive your buyer email, name, sale ID, and transaction ID. We do not directly handle payment card details — WarriorPlus processes all payments.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage metrics including session frequency, feature usage, and chat interaction counts to improve the Service.

Uploaded Files: Files you upload (CSV, XLSX, documents) are processed for AI analysis. File content is transmitted securely to our AI processing pipeline and is not stored permanently on our servers beyond your active session.

To process your account registration and manage your subscription tier
To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
To improve and personalize the Service
To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Third-Party Services & AI Data Flow

The Service relies on the following third-party enterprise providers:

Google Cloud Platform: Infrastructure hosting, Firestore database, and Secret Manager.
Google Gemini / OpenAI (LLM APIs): We route prompts and uploaded context to these providers via their Enterprise API endpoints. Your data is NOT used to train their underlying models. By using our service, you acknowledge that your prompt data and uploaded files are temporarily processed by these parties to generate responses, governed by their strict API privacy agreements.
WarriorPlus / Creem: Payment processing for product purchases.

Each provider has their own enterprise privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), bcrypt password hashing (12 rounds), JWT token authentication, and rate limiting to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Session data and chat history are stored client-side in your browser's local storage. You may clear this data at any time. Uploaded files are processed in-memory and are not permanently stored on our servers.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data
Data Portability — Request your data in a portable format

7. Cookies

We use a single functional cookie (orch_token) for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The "last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last modified.
